What data is collected
What you type into the form: the date and place of the event, what you are looking for, your name, a phone number or an email address and, if you wish, a message. If you write on WhatsApp or by email, whatever you send that way.
The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The cookie policy explains this.
What it is used for
To reply to you: to tell you whether the date is free, give you the price and, if you book, organise the performance. It is not used to send you advertising.
Why it can be used
Because you provide it yourself to ask for information before booking (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, if you book, because it is needed to carry out what was agreed.
How long it is kept
Messages sent through the form are deleted automatically after 12 months. If you book, the details of the performance are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Who else sees it
Hostinger, the company that hosts the website and the email, stores it on its servers on my behalf and cannot use it for anything else. If you write on WhatsApp, your message goes through Meta, which has its own privacy policy. If you ask me for another artist, I pass on the event details they need to confirm the date. Nobody else receives it.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit how it is used, take it with you or object to it being used. Just write to info@zirano.es.
If you think it has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es).
